These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ClevSec website (clevsec.one) and all digital products sold through our store. By accessing the website or purchasing products, you agree to these Terms.

ClevSec is operated from Poland. Our digital products are sold through LemonSqueezy, which acts as our Merchant of Record.

2. Products and Services

ClevSec sells digital compliance and cybersecurity templates, checklists, frameworks, and toolkits as downloadable files. These products are delivered electronically upon purchase.

Our website also provides free interactive compliance tools (calculators, assessments, generators) for informational purposes.

3. Disclaimer — Not Legal Advice

All ClevSec products and tools are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, regulatory, financial, or professional advice.

Our templates and checklists are starting points that must be customized to your organization's specific context, risk profile, jurisdiction, and applicable regulations. Compliance with GDPR, NIS2, DORA, or any other regulation requires professional guidance tailored to your situation.

ClevSec is not a law firm, consultancy, or certified advisory body. Always consult qualified legal and cybersecurity professionals before relying on any template or tool output for compliance decisions.

4. Purchases and Payments

All purchases are processed by LemonSqueezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC), which serves as our Merchant of Record. LemonSqueezy handles payment processing, VAT/sales tax collection, invoicing, and refunds.

By making a purchase, you also agree to LemonSqueezy's Terms of Service.

Prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes as calculated by LemonSqueezy at checkout based on your location.

5. Digital Delivery

Products are delivered as downloadable ZIP files immediately after successful payment. Download links are provided via email and through your LemonSqueezy receipt.

You are responsible for downloading and storing your purchased files. If you experience any issues with delivery, contact us at team@clevsec.one.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds after download. However, if you experience technical issues (corrupted files, missing content), contact us within 14 days of purchase at team@clevsec.one and we will resolve the issue or issue a refund.

EU consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days under the Consumer Rights Directive. However, by downloading the digital product, you acknowledge that you lose this right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

7. License and Usage

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, modify, and customize the purchased templates and documents for your organization's internal use.

You may:

• Customize templates with your organization's details
• Use completed documents within your organization
• Share customized documents within your organization

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the original templates
• Share the original (uncustomized) templates with third parties
• Claim authorship of the original template content
• Use the templates to create a competing product

8. Intellectual Property

All content on clevsec.one — including text, designs, logos, tools, and template structures — is the intellectual property of ClevSec unless otherwise stated. GDPR, NIS2, and DORA are EU regulations and their text is public domain; our products contain original analysis, structure, and presentation of regulatory requirements.

9. Free Tools

Interactive tools on clevsec.one (calculators, assessments) are provided free of charge. All calculations are performed client-side in your browser — no data is sent to our servers. Tool outputs are estimates and should not be relied upon as definitive assessments.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ClevSec shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products, tools, or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law provisions. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website or products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
